System Test & Quality Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support quality assurance and testing activities within a business-critical systems initiative in the property management sector. The role involves coordinating verification activities across applications, integrations, and business processes to ensure high-quality deliveries and successful system adoption.
About the Role
As a System Test & Quality Coordination Specialist, you will collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external partners to plan, coordinate, and oversee testing and validation activities. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and operate effectively before deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Support validation of system functionality, integrations, and business workflows
- Coordinate user acceptance activities and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders
- Monitor testing progress and ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain delivery quality
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, status reports, and risk assessments
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards
- Ensure that system changes are verified before implementation in production environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test coordination roles
- Experience coordinating testing activities involving multiple systems and integrations
- Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in complex IT environments with interconnected systems
- Experience within the real estate, housing, or property management sector
- Familiarity with property management business processes and system workflows
- Experience using project collaboration and workflow management tools such as Monday.com
- Understanding of end-to-end system integrations and business process validation
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
