Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Specialist M-C CX Orchestration to join our Nordics Consumer Experience team. What does orchestration mean in this role? It’s about answering the question:
“How do we design and coordinate projects and initiatives across categories and channels to create a consistent consumer experience that supports engagement and delivers measurable business results?”
As part of a consumer-centric organization, you will help align activities across multiple product categories and channels, both online and offline, making sure our consumer experience feels coherent and well-coordinated. You will work closely with marketing and commercial teams to implement initiatives that strengthen our brands and contribute to growth.
About the Role- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of multi-category consumer projects, ensuring effective orchestration across categories and across both online and offline channels.
- Serve as a key connector between category teams, channel owners, and commercial functions to align priorities and deliver consistent consumer experience.
- Track and review consumer journeys across categories, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve coherence and reduce friction points.
- Prepare and present clear progress updates, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement in consumer experience initiatives.
- Assist in audience segmentation and targeting activities to enable more relevant and tailored consumer interactions.
- Promote collaboration and a consumer-first mindset within the team and across the organization, ensuring alignment with our smoke-free vision.
- University degree or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in consumer-focused roles (Project Management / Business Development / Consumer Experience).
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preferably within FMCG or similar industries.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Swedish is a plus.
