Operations Associate
Our client is an AI-driven growth partner helping small and mid-sized companies win public procurement contracts. They operate in one of the worlds largest yet most underserved markets: public procurement, representing roughly 15% of GDP across developed economies.
By leveraging recent breakthroughs in AI, the company automates one of the most complex and time-consuming business processes. The result: customers spend less than one hour per tender and win contracts at more than twice the industry average. With strong profitability, proven product–market fit, and a scalable model, the company is now entering a rapid growth phase.
The Role
As an Operations Associate, you will work at the very core of the business. You are responsible for the delivery that customers actually pay for. This is not a support role — it is a high-ownership, execution-critical position with direct impact on customer success and company growth.
You will be trained and coached step by step over several months. The learning curve is steep, expectations are high, and development is fast.
Your Journey in Three Stages
Stage 1: Master the Core ProcessYou learn how to transform 50–100 pages of complex procurement documentation into clear, high-quality summaries that executives can act on immediately — sometimes within minutes. Your output directly leads to new business for customers. You build the companys core capability: delivering high-quality, winning tender submissions.
Stage 2: Customer Ownership & RelationshipsOnce you master the fundamentals, you take full responsibility for a small set of customers. You become their strategic partner and advisor, often working directly with CEOs or senior management. You ensure they save time, win more contracts, and succeed consistently.
Stage 3: Full Ownership of Your AreaYou take complete ownership of a customer segment or industry vertical. You are accountable for quality, delivery, and results. You lead execution within your domain and ensure consistently high standards across all deliveries.
Your Development
The explicit goal is for you to become a future leader within the company. In parallel with mastering the core role, you will spend approximately 10% of your time on a strategic side focus aligned with your interests, such as:
- Product & AI (shaping and specifying AI-driven solutions)
- Customer Success (scaling customer value creation)
- Marketing & Brand (building thought leadership and visibility)
Long-term growth paths may include team leadership, deep domain expertise in complex tenders, or leading international expansion in a new market.
Your Profile

You are:
- Highly precise and business-minded in written and verbal communication
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
- Coachable, ambitious, and eager to develop quickly
- Comfortable in high-expectation, fast-paced environments
