With a solid understanding of manufacturing and quality processes, combined with excellent communication skills, you can bridge between technical details and practical execution.
We'd love to hear that you have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience within process development from international companies preferably prior experience from manufacturing.
- Minimum 4 years of experience of working with data analytics or business intelligence tools like Qlik. Some experience from developing applications is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience from digitization of processes and tools.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
- Beneficial if you are fluent in Swedish, speaking and writing.

What you'll do here as Process Developer?
In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams within Operations, R&D and IT to strengthen how we work with processes, systems, and data. Your responsibilities include:
- Driving improvements and efficiencies in processes, systems, and IT tools to secure competitive, predictable quality and robust mid- to long-term manufacturing performance.
- Supporting the team in our transformation by defining functional requirements for new processes or applications, ensuring they meet operational needs.
- Owning and developing processes-acting as the bridge to ensure clear communication and effective solutions.
- Leading the process development in utilization, and specification of manufacturing and quality data to enable fact-based decisions and continuous improvements.
- Driving the development and effective use of processes to enable fact-based decisions and continuous improvements
