About the Role
You will help shape how cybersecurity is understood, communicated, and embedded in everyday work across a large enterprise environment. In this role, you will contribute to the development of security culture and awareness approaches, strengthen learning and communication practices, and support initiatives that reduce human-related security risk.
You will work close to security leadership and play an important part in turning complex security topics into practical, effective actions for the wider organization. The role also includes supporting incident-related communication from a culture and awareness perspective, making it a strong fit for you if you enjoy combining cybersecurity knowledge with communication, analysis, and stakeholder influence.It is an exciting opportunity to drive high-impact initiatives in an area where behavior and culture make a real difference.
Job Description- You contribute to the design and continuous evolution of security culture and awareness approaches.
- You help define principles and best practices for awareness, learning, and communication.
- You support and mentor junior specialists in both delivery and professional development.
- You drive or support complex and high-impact awareness initiatives and campaigns.
- You analyze trends linked to human-related security risk and recommend concrete improvements.
- You advise security leadership on cultural risks, workforce behaviors, and awareness effectiveness.
- You lead communication activities related to cybersecurity incidents from a culture and awareness perspective.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in security culture, awareness, learning, or communications in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk and human factors.
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority.
- Experience mentoring others and leading complex initiatives.
- SANS SSAP.
- Advanced awareness or human risk training.
- Prosci.
- Behavioral science short courses.
