Finance & Operations Intern
We're looking for a driven, organised, and curious person to join our Finance & Operations team in Stockholm.
You'll play a key role in keeping our core processes running smoothly while getting a front-row seat to how a fast-growing SaaS company really operates. The role blends real day-to-day ownership with the chance to take on bigger challenges as you grow.With a small team, your work will be noticed from day one - and your ideas can quickly turn into action.
This is a part-time internship (~15h/week) that offers the kind of varied, hands-on experience that typically takes years to get in a traditional company.
What you'll do
Finance- Identify and improve manual processes through smarter use of Excel and AI tools
- Manage customer and supplier invoicing and handle day-to-day financial administration
- Support the monthly closing process, including KPI dashboards, and revenue recognition
- Customer support queries related to finance
- And more
- Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives
- Maintain and update internal policies (equipment, expenses, background checks, and more)
- Execute office operations: purchasing, vendor liaison, and keeping the workplace functional and enjoyable
- Plan and run internal events, from weekly fikas to the Christmas party
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
