Senior Product Manager

You’ll join a small, experienced product organization working closely with engineering, design, growth and analytics to build features that move key business metrics.
THE ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL OWN
As a Senior Product Manager you’ll support our CPO with strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery and outcomes. You’ll translate high-level company objectives into clear initiatives, lead cross-functional teams to ship high-quality solutions, and measure success through customer value and business impact.
Typical responsibilities:
- Run continuous discovery (speak to customer service, data analysis, CRO department) to validate problems and solutions.
- Scope, prioritize and write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate closely with design and engineering.
- Lead delivery with engineering — unblock teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure predictable outcomes in 2-week sprint cadences.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to set goals, define success metrics (KPIs), and iterate on shipped features.
- Communicate product decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders — executives, commercial teams and more.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have:
- 5+ years product management experience building digital products (SaaS, marketplaces, consumer platforms, or similar).
- Proven track record of shipping end-to-end features that moved business metrics.
- Strong mix of product discovery and delivery skills — you can do both user research and detailed requirements.
- Data-driven: comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker/BigQuery, Amplitude) and running experiments/A-B tests.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments (JIRA/Confluence or similar).
- Comfortable making tradeoffs in ambiguous situations and driving alignment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with marketplaces, classifieds or rental/property products.
- Background in growth/product analytics, SEO or paid marketing collaboration.
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics implementation (GTM/analytics) and working with tracking specialists.
