This is a senior-level consultancy assignment requiring both hands-on design excellence and the ability to lead creative processes independently. While there is no formal staff responsibility, you are expected to guide creative direction and influence stakeholders with confidence.
What will this role achieve?
As a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI), you will lead the creative process to craft cohesive, innovative and visually compelling digital narratives that elevate the overall fashion experience. Your work will strengthen brand presence across digital touchpoints and ensure alignment between creative vision, business goals and technical feasibility.
What will be your job scope and key deliverables?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the creative process to develop cohesive and innovative visual narratives that elevate the digital fashion experience
- Crafting fashion-forward storytelling that strengthens brand presence across digital touchpoints
- Presenting creative concepts with clarity and confidence to stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into impactful solutions aligned with business goals, content strategy, technical feasibility and brand direction
- Driving alignment between creative vision and commercial objectives
- Designing concepts, visual solutions and prototypes in Figma
- Guiding and structuring creative processes within the team
About you:
What do we need for this role?- Education: Relevant academic degree within UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- Experience: Senior-level experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI), with a proven ability to lead creative processes and craft cohesive, visually compelling digital narratives. Strong background working in cross-functional teams within digital product environments, preferably in fashion, retail or other brand-driven industries.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma for concept development, visual design and prototyping. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate creative concepts and align them with business goals, content strategy and technical feasibility. Demonstrated ability to guide creative processes and influence without formal staff responsibility.
- Personal attributes: Confident in your craft and comfortable taking ownership of creative direction. Structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to balance creativity and commercial objectives. Collaborative, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment where change and innovation are constant.
