Your role
You will drive the sales of Capgemini's full Engineering portfolio to senior and top management for our automotive clients. Additionally, you will be instrumental in guiding the ongoing transformation of Capgemini’s partnership with our clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and fostering long-term collaboration.

In this role you will play a key role in:- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive growth in the engineering business with our automotive clients
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and positioning Capgemini as a trusted partner.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities at the clients, leveraging capabilities to expand the scope of services and increase market share
- Shaping and refining Capgemini's Engineering portfolio by understanding and anticipating future growth areas in Engineering R&D and vehicle software, demonstrating strong expertise and thought leadership to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of the customers
- Working closely with engineering, delivery, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Acting as a champion for Capgemini's transformation initiatives, promoting innovative solutions and approaches that align with the evolving needs of the clients
- Deal shaping and sales orchestration responsibility
- University degree within Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- Proven sales leadership experience within a larger global context

- Strong knowledge and network within the Swedish Automotive industry
- You have strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
