We are looking for a Techical project manager for our pharmaceutical projects in Stockholm.

• Partnering with the Project Manager to define technical direction and deliver compliant, integrated solutions that meet business needs.
• Owning the technical plan: assess design partners, lead lean practices, and ensure timely delivery of technical outputs.
• Building and lead high-performing teams, shaping objectives to achieve project outcomes.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and adapt communication to influence and maintain alignment.
• Applying manufacturing processes and technical standards throughout project execution.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science (or equivalent).
• 7–10 years’ experience delivering major capital projects (>USD 5 million) and leading teams of 5–20 people.
• Strong expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP environments.
• Proven ability to implement lean principles, schedule technical deliverables, and drive on time results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at networking, influencing, and resolving conflict.
