As a Release Manager, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating the end-to-end release management process for our games.

You will ensure seamless alignment between the game studio and the parent company, balancing studio creativity with corporate requirements.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of both game development cycles and corporate governance.

• Ensure strategic alignment between the game studio and the parent company across all release activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partner requests, handling ongoing project communications.
• Manage internal requests from game teams to various departments.
• Monitor development changes and communicate updates to relevant teams.
• Provide clear visibility into release plans, risks, and progress.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, publishing, marketing, and operations teams.
• Support in resolving live issues.

• Proven experience as a Release Manager in the gaming industry

• Deep understanding of game production pipelines, certification processes, and platform release requirements.
• Strong understanding of game development lifecycles, live operations and publishing workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison across teams and partners.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions.
• Ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced processes.
• Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and game quality.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar release management systems.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
