About the Assignment

You will join a collaborative team supporting an international dealer network with parts ordering and logistics. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for daily order-related questions, helping streamline processes and ensuring a high level of dealer support across the supply chain.

The assignment is delivered in a complex system environment and includes cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement work, and occasional travel.

Job Description
  • Act as the main interface towards dealers for parts ordering and logistics-related inquiries
  • Support European and international dealers with daily parts order and logistics questions
  • Manage order processes and the systems used in the order flow
  • Drive backorder recovery activities to secure availability and deliveries
  • Secure and develop cross-functional cooperation and processes across the supply chain
  • Support market areas with supply and logistics-related topics
  • Ensure dealer competence in order handling processes and order systems, including delivering training
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives internally and together with dealers
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken
  • Excellent written communication skills in both English and Swedish
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • University degree or other relevant technical degree (e.g., engineering)
  • Comfortable working in a complex IT system environment
Nice to have
  • Logistics experience, preferably from aftermarket business
  • Experience building system support tools (MS 365 tools, Power BI, Copilot)
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and building networks
  • Experience from international customer support
  • Additional languages
  • Driving license (B)
  • Interest or knowledge in automation, digitalization, and AI
