Planning Manager
ValueOne is looking for a Planning Manager for a consultant assignment at our customer´s premises just outside Stockholm. The assignment must be filled as soon as possible and is expected to last for 6-9 months.

The role
We are looking for an experienced interim Planning Manager to lead and coordinate production planning at a manufacturing company based in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient production planning process that supports delivery precision, optimal resource utilization, and close collaboration between planning and production.
You will lead a team of production planners and be a key player in driving planning excellence across the organization. The role requires both operational leadership and a strategic mindset to continuously improve processes and planning methods.
Main tasks:
- Lead and develop the production planning team to ensure high performance and clarity of responsibilities
- Secure a robust and optimized production plan in line with capacity, material availability, and customer demand
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor and act on relevant KPIs linked to production efficiency, lead times, and delivery reliability
Experience and competencies
The person we are looking for should have a solid background in production planning, preferably from industrial environments.
A key requirement is hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and the ePPDS planning module. You understand the logic of constraint-based planning and how to use digital planning tools to optimize production flows. The assignment requires fluency in English, written and verbal.Swedish is meritorious.
