Marketing Coordinator & Digital Specialist

About the role
As Marketing Coordinator & Digital Specialist at Abilia, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing projects, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring consistent and professional communication across all channels. The role combines strategic planning, analysis, and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working broadly within marketing.
Key responsibilities
Marketing Planning and Coordination- Plan and execute marketing activities in line with the company’s marketing plan and business objectives
- Support the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and events
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing touchpoints
- Manage timelines, budgets, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid channels
- Manage the company website and digital content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization
- Work with marketing automation and CRM tools to support lead generation and nurturing
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and digital traffic
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials and channels
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and internal/external communications
- Collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to produce high-quality creative assets
- Track and report key marketing KPIs (e.g. web traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Use data and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives
- Present marketing performance updates to management and other stakeholders
Qualifications
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing roles
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content management systems
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
- Structured, analytical, and self-driven, with strong collaboration skills
