About the Role
As a Technical Product Owner, you are responsible for the roadmap and backlog for iBOS Connect, ensuring it provides measurable value aligned with our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and customers to shape the future of our product.
What You’ll Do- Assist in setting the goals and strategy for the global success of iBOS Connect.
- Own and develop the product roadmap and backlog for iBOS Connect.
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable user stories, journeys, and system specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
- Work with the product team to ensure the success of our iBOS products.
- Prioritize features based on ROI, customer value, and strategic fit.
- Support escalated customer issues and contribute to training and documentation.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery meetings.
- Ensure smooth delivery of epics by managing risks and tracking dependencies.
- Lead quality assurance efforts and support testing of new features.
- Proven experience in technical product management, preferably within SaaS or IoT domains.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, such as protocols, connectivity, and cloud integrations.
- Experience collaborating with agile development teams and managing product delivery cycles.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate feature value and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
- Experience working with both monolithic and microservice-based platforms.
- Ability to facilitate rapid prototyping and design sprints to quickly validate ideas.
- Experience conducting A/B testing regionally and integrating feedback loops into product development.
- Experience in smart buildings, automation, or energy management.
- Background in software engineering or systems architecture.
- Passion for sustainability and digital transformation.
