Performance Marketer

Our office is located attractively in the centre of Lund. Our turnover has increased with around 450% in the 4 years and we intend to keep this up with plans of growing into a team of over 60 employees in 2026. We’re now looking for a new member to join our team.

Are you the one? Najell is looking for an action-oriented performance marketer to join our Marketing team in Lund. This role calls for a proactive person with strong ownership, energy, and the drive to deliver measurable impact. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with creative and analytical colleagues to translate visibility into meaningful growth.

• A data-driven and analytical mindset, with an understanding of how to use data and insights to drive results in paid campaigns.
• Hands-on experience executing, and managing digital campaigns across channels, such as search.
• Higher-level education and/or proven experience in marketing, performance, or analytics.
• A results-oriented mindset, taking initiative and driving initiatives to completion with focus.
• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, gather insights, and continuously optimize for growth.
• Identify KPIs and success metrics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad materials, videos, and product-focused content informed by performance data and insights.
