At Firefly, we develop and sell fire prevention solutions that help industries minimize fire risks. As a Senior Key Account Manager at Firefly, your role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with high-priority A+ customers, while supporting the sales organization and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will play an essential role in optimizing customer processes, coordinating projects, and providing technical expertise to meet both business and customer needs. You will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm.

To be successful in your role, we see that you have:

  • Degree in Engineering (BSc or MSc), preferably within Mechanical Engineering or similar areas related to manufacturing or with similar professional experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles, with a strong track record in client relations and leading technical development projects in international sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in agile environments, collaborating effectively with global teams to deliver complex projects on time.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.

About the role

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with A+ customers, including stakeholders across various levels, from HQ to site contacts. Our customers operate within the manufacturing industry.

Your work will include:

  • Support the sales team in increasing sales to the responsible accounts and ensure strong business relationships with short and long-term revenue and results.
  • Optimize customer processes and collaborate with the Risk Management Team to find the right balance between a comprehensive technical solution and customer needs.
  • Identify and develop new A+ customers.
  • Coordinate projects, liaise with internal teams, and follow up on ongoing projects.
  • Travelling approximately 25 days per year.
  • Take on personnel responsibility as the department grows.
