We are a Nordic practice with offices in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland and work across different software solutions, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IFS being the largest ones.
We are a great and dynamic team with many interesting projects and deliveries with the biggest clients in the region in our existing portfolio. We are engaged in both local engagements and larger global transformations. We handle this through our strong local and global presence and our profound knowledge and experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage complete delivery of ERP and CRM implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables and develop a comprehensive project plan
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements Identify project risks and establish mitigation strategies
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to define project scope, achieve project goals and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Manage change requests and ensuring delivery according to agreement
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, providing regular updates on toll gates, key milestones, risks and issues
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Participation in the development of internal project methodology and processes
• Manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement
• Change management within client organization
What you will bring with you:
A minimum of 7 years experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager, successfully delivering end-to-end implementation projects.
• Experience in Stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its various modules Understanding of business processes from a CRM perspective
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Experience in running Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects with Agile delivery model
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Experience in managing project budgets and controlling project costs
• Experience from project managing both CRM and ERP implementations is an added advantage
• Microsoft Dynamics certification(s) and/or PMP certification is an added advantage
• Previous experience of remote deliveries and team management is an added advantage
• Previous experience and understanding of testing is an added advantage
