We are seeking a Fleet, Travel & Exprense Sourcing Program Leader to our client, a major Life Science company in the middle of Uppsala!

About the assignment

This is a temporary position starting May 13, 2024, until July 31, 2025. Our client is offering a hybrid model with 2-3 days onsite at the Uppsala location, which is situated just a 10-minute walk from Uppsala Central Station.

About the role

In this role you will oversee all aspects of fleet-related activities for the Nordics and manage key components of their global travel and expense program across the EMEA region. You'll collaborate with various teams to optimize processes, resolve inquiries, and ensure an exceptional user experience.

Day-to-day tasks involve:

Develop and enforce Fleet and T&E policies, handle inquiries, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with finance, HR, external suppliers, and sourcing to propose changes in the processes to maximize the efficiencies of each program and deliver the best user experience.
Travel & Living: Maintain relationships with associates, travel partners, and corporate card providers. Validate credit card applications, monitor card programs, address inquiries, and provide technical support for all travelers.
Fleet: Manage relationships with drivers and service providers, maintain fleet database, oversee insurance and fuel cards, monitor vehicle mileage, and handle leasing agreements.
Serve as the first contact for drivers and travelers support, understanding procedures and policies in EMEA countries.
Occasional domestic and international travel (<10%).

About you

As a person you are flexible, curious and relentless. You have excellent organizational and time management-skills. You are detail-oriented and proactively follows up with clients. You have the ability to develop and maintain business relationships with both internal and external customers and suppliers.

Additionally, you have:

A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or project/program management.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Commercial experience, including contractual documentation, within a dynamic environment.
Advance level experience of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables) would be advantageous.
Multilingual ability (both written and oral) is an advantage.
